What if I receive a pension, retirement, social security, etc.

Social Security benefits will not reduce your unemployment insurance benefits.  If you are receiving a pension or retirement, you must report that information when filing your claim for benefits.  If you begin receiving a pension or retirement after having filed your claim for benefits, you must report this information when asked when filing your weekly claim for benefits.
