Who can file an appeal?
Any claimant or employer who disagrees with the deputy’s initial decision has the right to appeal to First Level Appeals if the decision is against their interest. Claimants who disagree with the Statement of Wages and Potential Benefit Entitlement also have the right to appeal after a redetermination is made.
