What should I expect when receiving the call for my First Level Appeals hearing?
On the day of your hearing, the Appeals Examiner will call you at least twice at your registered number. If you don’t answer, the hearing may proceed without you. To ensure you receive the call:
- Check your phone settings—your carrier may block unknown numbers.
- Disable spam blockers or set them to low.
