How do I register my phone number for a First Level Appeals hearing?
You must register your phone number by 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on the business day prior to your hearing. You can do this in one of two ways:
- Call the number provided in your hearing notice.
- Register online at https://va3.c2tinc.com/register.
- You will need your docket number to complete registration.
