Please allow up to 60 days for the Appeals Examiner's decision reversing a Deputy's decision to be implemented after it is mailed. An appeals' reversal decision must be referred to the Adjudications Division for a monetary analysis to determine if payment is due. This thorough review ensures due process for all parties. If payment is due, it will be posted to your Customer Self-Service Account.
