Goodwin House Incorporated (GHI) has been reimagining aging since 1967. Mission-driven and not-for-profit, GHI is known for our integrity, innovation and excellence in caring for older adults along life’s continuum. We are searching for energetic and motivated individuals with a commitment to excellent customer service to join our Dining Services team in our BRAND NEW dining venues of Goodwin House. Although prior dining services experience is preferred, we will train.

Primary responsibility is to serve the residents with compassion and patience, while also maintaining high customer satisfaction and stringent sanitation standards. This candidate must possess the ability to speak, read, write and communicate effectively with residents, staff, and others as required.

1. Previous food service experience preferred
2. Ability to communicate effectively in English
3. Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with others and work as a team player
4. Must effectively comprehend and follow instructions
5. Excellent customer services skills required
6. Must be able to work 4:30pm - 8:30pm, 4-5 shifts per week, including weekends and holidays
