Wanted: College Tutors to Support the AVID College and Career Readiness System!  Interested candidates can join the virtual event to learn detailed information on becoming an AVID Tutor with the Virginia Beach Public Schools.

Virginia Beach City Public Schools (VBCPS) is now hiring Part-Time AVID Tutors who will be working in person with AVID students at all middle and high schools. AVID is a research-proven, college and career readiness system designed to increase the number of students who enroll and persist in colleges and universities. College students who have successfully completed 30 college credits or more with a GPA of 2.8 or higher and other qualified alumni and staff are eligible to apply.
