We are seeking qualified individuals to serve in the role of Full-Time and Part-Time Senior Direct Care Professionals. This complex position has a compensation range starting from $13 up to $14 per hour, commensurate merited based on staffing supports of a 1:1 or 2:1, experience and accredited trainings. These individuals must have at least a high school diploma and preferably have 2 years of experience providing supports to individuals with intellectual disabilities in a group home environment.

This position requires a very High Level of professionalism, attentiveness and strong leadership skills. The temperament to accept coaching with the ability to make sound judgement calls in challenging situations firmly based on policy and procedures. Knowledge of the various complexities and needs associated with the ID and duly diagnosed population. This person must also be extremely capable of understanding and implementing structured behavioral plans and interventions. In addition, availability to attend on going paid mandatory specialized training.
