Current State Employees that refer a Registered Nurse can earn up to $1,500.00 bonus, those that refer a Licensed Practical Nurse can earn up to a $600.00 bonus and those that refer a DSA earn up to $250.00 bonus!!

In order to qualify, the applicant must include the referral employee's name on their state application, be selected, and the employee who referred the candidate must submit a notice of Referral Form to Recruitment.

Please Note: The Sign-On Bonuses are for those new to state service and require a one year agreement.
