SECEP provides a safe and nurturing environment, focused on meeting individual educational needs and achieving meaningful outcomes for our diverse population of students. We are the premier special and alternative education program. SECEP serves over 1500 special education and alternative education students. SECEP is present in more than 85 schools. We staff over 150 classrooms in the Hampton Roads area—including the nationally recognized Renaissance Academy in Virginia Beach, VA. We have classrooms in Chesapeake, Franklin, Isle of Wight, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Southampton, Suffolk, and Virginia Beach.
