How do I log into or access the Customer Self Service portal?

For fast and easy access to Customer Self Service, sign in using ID.me. Make sure you have your government photo ID (driver's license, passport, passport card, or state ID) and social security number ready. Once your identity is verified, you'll be directed to Customer Self Service.
