“Let’s Get Back to Work, Middle Peninsula!” Virtual Job Fair

This virtual job fair is a joint effort between the County’s Community Engagement & Public Information and Economic Development Departments, the Virginia Employment Commission, Virginia Career Works, and the Gloucester County Chamber of Commerce. The event is free and open to all job seekers and employers.

Job seekers can register for the event at https://portal.premiervirtual.com/event/register-jobseeker/7798-back-work-middle-peninsula-virtual-fair.

Employers can register for the event at https://portal.premiervirtual.com/event/register-company/7798-back-work-middle-peninsula-virtual-fair

The website will open one day prior to the event start date, giving job seekers the opportunity to review company bios and job vacancies, apply for positions, and be prepared to talk to recruiters the day of the event. A chat function will allow job seekers to talk with company recruiters during the event and ask questions about the company and their open positions.

Employers are required to be fully registered with booths set up and all jobs posted by May 24th.

Employers will have the opportunity to talk with multiple job seekers using the chat features; see and act on applications that are posted in real-time, initiate video chats with qualified candidates and more. For more information about the virtual job fair, call the Community Engagement and Public Information Department at 804-693-5730.
