How do I update my payment information?
If you need to update your payment information, you can do so by calling our voice response system at (800) 897-5630. You will need your VEC Personal Identification Number (PIN) in order to do so.
If you are having an issue with your Way2Go card, contact Way2GO on the Way2GO website or through their mobile app.
