Hardees in Salem will be having a job fair tomorrow at the Salem location at 2038 West Main Street.  We will be hiring for all positions and shifts, for all 3 Salem Hardees. Starting pay for crew is between $10 and $11/hour, based off shift availabiliy.  Shift Managers starting pay between $13 and $15/ hour. 

Assistant Managers to be discussed during interview, based off experience.  Salary range of $30K to $35K/ year.  We will interview starting at 10:00 am until 5:00 pm.  No experience needed for crew.  1 year of restaurant management experience needed for Shift Managers and 2 years for Assistant Managers.
