Due to area evacuations in preparation for Hurricane Florence, the following VEC offices will be closed:

• Hampton will be closed Tuesday, September 11th - Sunday, September 16th.
• Eastern Shore, Norfolk & Portsmouth Centers will be closed Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday  September 12 - 14, 2018.
• Newport News Adjudication Center will be closed Thursday September, 13th and Friday September 14th.
• The Virginia Career Works - Lake Country Center (South Hill) will close at 3pm on Thursday September, 13th and remain closed on Friday.
• The Emporia office will be closed on Friday, September 14th.

Normal operations will resume on Monday September 17th, weather permitting.
