Upon arrival at our office you will need to have 
The following  for the hiring process:
2 forms of ID
Copy of license/certification
CPR cert.
PPD paperwork
COVID vaccination card (if you're not vaccinated are you medically or religiously exempt?)
A background check is required as well as a drug test being administered before moving forward with placing you.
