The REACH program is located in Chester and supports youth and adults with an intellectual disability and/or developmental disability, as well as a mental health condition or challenging behavior that is negatively affecting their quality of life.

Opportunities are available as full time, part time, and PRN.

We have opportunities for you, if you meet or exceed one of the minimum qualifications listed below:

  • High school diploma and 2 years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree and 6 months of experience
  • QMHP-A/QMHP-C
  • Master’s degree and 1 one year of experience
  • Current Virginia license as an LPC, LCP, LCSW, or LMFT or are license eligible
  • Experience with crisis prevention and intervention services
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
