Requirements for posting a job fair

*** The VEC has modified its policy*** regarding the submission of job fair listings to be posted on our website. This form may be used to submit information relating to a job fair being held by an individual employer seeking applicants for more than one job opening within the company. We encourage employers to submit their request at least 2 to 3 weeks prior to the job fair in order to get maximum on line publicity for the event.

As an additional opportunity to fill company job openings with qualified candidates we strongly encourage employers to submit a job order with the VEC by logging on to : VAWorkconnect.com

The following guidelines remain unchanged:

1. The job fair must be free of any admission charge or fee, and open to the general public.
2. This form may not be used to promote company seminars, promotional events, or sales meetings.
3. If the job fair you are submitting is 'VEC sponsored' you must contact the Manager of the VEC Workforce Center in your area and confirm the availability of VEC facilities and sponsorship before submitting this form.
