PLEASE NOTE: This VEC service location is available exclusively to assist those customers who wish to file an Unemployment Insurance claim. Office hours are: 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Hours on Wednesday are 9:30am to 4:30pm. Telephones are available for filing a claim through the VEC's Customer Contact Center. Claims may also be filed online, or by using traditional paper forms. VEC staff at this location is not available to answer incoming phone calls.
