Employer Advisory Committees (EACs)

A powerful partnership exists between Employer Advisory Committees (EACs) and the Virginia Employment Commission (VEC). EACs advise the VEC of services needed by the employer community and the citizens of Virginia, and how best to provide these services. EACs also promote the services of the VEC in their area. Joining an EAC provides excellent opportunities for members to:

• Learn more about services available from the VEC.
• Access data regarding the current workforce and labor market trends.
• Receive information on national developments and legislation that affects employers.
• Network with other local, state, and national employers.
